About UsI&D Iraq Law Alliance (IDILA), was established in June, 2003, as a partnership between the distinguished Iraqi attorney, Mr. Fadel Al Qadi, and attorneys from the leading Egyptian law firm Ibrachy & Dermarkar. The Firm provides quality legal services to investors, employers, and companies involved in the reconstruction and development of Iraq.
IDILA recognizes the need for specialist expertise in a number of fields in Iraq, including corporate, project finance, construction, employment law, and intellectual property, and leverages the combined experience of its attorneys in those fields, and more than 46 years of Iraqi practice, to provide a comprehensive service to its clients. The Firms local area network, and satellite communications capabilities allow attorneys and staff to share resources, research libraries, legal databases as well as other support tools. The Firms systems also facilitate internal and external communication to streamline attorney-client communications.
